Zinc Oxide is a broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen that stays on the surface of the skin and does not penetrate the fragile scar tissue as chemical sunscreens do. Zinc Oxide is also known to be anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and soothing skin protectant. This product is ideal for scars in exposed areas such as face, arms, and hands.
